Anna-Sara Lantz has a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Luleå University of Technology and is passionate about trust-based leadership.

As HR Manager, she is responsible for LTU Business’ work environment, culture and values work, employee development and recruitment. As a consultant manager, she is responsible for the utilization of our assignments and has staff responsibility for about 30 consultants in business development, innovation management and project management.

She has also studied leadership at the Swedish Defense University and is a trained studio musician/singing teacher and, through several years as a self-employed person in the cultural sector, has an entrepreneur’s mindset with the customer’s best interests at heart and a habit of finding solutions to reach the goal.

In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cooking and travelling.
