Anna-Sara Lantz

Anna-Sara Lantz has a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Luleå University of Technology and is passionate about trust-based leadership. As a consultant and project manager at LTU Business, she has a shared HR responsibility for the entire company.

As project manager, Anna-Sara Lantz runs development processes for academia, business, and the public sector by facilitating experiential learning, dialogue, and exchange of experiences. For example, finding new solutions to challenges such as creating growth, developing one’s offer, or creating new collaborations.

Anna-Sara previously worked as a project manager at the Career Center at Luleå University of Technology, where she worked to strengthen the work-life connection for the university’s students.

She has also studied leadership at the Swedish Defense University and is a trained studio musician/singing teacher and, through several years as a self-employed person in the cultural sector, has an entrepreneur’s mindset with the customer’s best interests at heart and a habit of finding solutions to reach the goal.

In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cooking and travelling.
