Our colleague Cathrine Svakko holds a degree in tourism and destination development and has over the years built broad experience from several different industries, both in Sweden and Norway.

Her background includes roles in retail and personnel management, healthcare staffing, insurance administration, and conference and congress coordination. Since 2022, Cathrine has been part of LTU Business, working with program management, communication and events within several of our research and innovation programs.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, and engaging in various sewing and DIY projects – with a particular interest in duodji, traditional Sámi crafts and handiwork.
