Since the autumn of 2020, our colleague Helena Godotter Karlberg is back at LTU Business after a six-year break. Previously she was responsible for Design & Innovation at LTU Business and today she works as a project manager for Latitude 66 Mentorship.

Helena also works as a business and place developer, often in collaboration between business, academia and the public sector. Since 2010, she has been involved in several research and development projects at Luleå University of Technology, resulting in scientific articles in social innovation and place innovation.

Helena has previously been the CEO of Piteå Science Park and board member of SISP, Swedish Incubators and Science Park. Today she is a board member of SVID, the Foundation for Swedish Industrial Design and chairman of the Swedish Design Society.

Helena loves traveling and outdoor activities, such as paddling, diving and skiing. She has a background as a journalist in the press, radio and television and often takes on assignments as a moderator. Together with Renata Chlumska, she runs the Summit podcast, a podcast about high mountains and deep valleys where business meets adventure. Helena also runs the Latitude 66 podcast, which covers mentoring and leadership.
