Professionals working for an organization, institute or company in a business growth and product/service development role. IDD is helpful for internal development teams as well as for consulting external clients.

IDD Academy is a custom course, so the layout and timeline is adjusted to the needs each client or project. The main sessions are typically physical meetings, with digital follow-ups via online platforms. The course can take place in your office or at any of LTU Business offices.
The timeline is adapted as needed, but generally, the entire educational process takes approx. 6 – 12 weeks. IDD Academy is designed in a series of training sessions, each theoretical section is followed by practical process assignments that participants complete during their day-to-day work. For this reason, we recommend a timeline which allows a manageable pace for participants to put the theory into practice between training sessions.

It’s an advantage if you have a case that each or a few participants can work with. We’ll help you in the process of finding and selecting suitable cases before the training starts.
